| 8 Treadmill, Hill work out miles. Nice and easy at 7:45ish pace. Things have been pretty chaotic around here lately. I am busy but working to get in some miles. I know they are crucial. I have a half marathon in one week and a marathon in just under a month. I plan on having a very little taper period and I would like to get in at least 2-- 18-24 mile runs before my marathon. |

400 fast, 1.o5 cooldown. I know its not a big speed work out. but I wanted to get some in before the 13.1 in a few days...
I am thinking of going to Portland to run th Marathon and do the RRCA Coaching clinic in Oct...Any thoughts? Oh its 2 weks after the AF Marathon. |
